In case of sold out goods, supplier failure or delayed delivery time, AK Trading endeavors to inform the customer as soon as possible, as well as how the parties can solve the matter – e.g. By crediting the purchase, or counseling to find a similar product in AK Trading’s large range of goods.
If a price is obviously flawed and the customer should have reasonably realized this, AK Trading is under no obligation to provide that product at the wrong price.
We do not charge card fees for private or corporate customers.
Please note that fees are charged for the use of card types issued outside EU.
The amount will only be charged on your card when the item is shipped.
AK Trading uses the freight forwarding companies DSV and PostNord for delivery in Denmark.
Shipping method and estimated delivery time are stated when ordering the individual product. The choice of shipping methods and thus freight rates may therefore vary, as different reasons such as weight and the dimensions of the goods determine the freight options. In addition, we send drop shipments outside our warehouse in the form of a third-part supplier to ship orders, if possible.
In Denmark AK Trading only delivers to the mainland, bridged islands and Bornholm.
AK Trading has taken out goods insurance to cover an damage or loss of the goods during the transport.
In Padborg it is possible to collect your order at our warehouse. Read more about the opening hours here.
A collection order will be deleted if it has not been picked up within four business days after the order has been approved for collecting and the customer has received an email.
4. Corporate customers
The following special conditions apply to business customers:
- No right of withdrawal
- 12 months warranty
- Shipping in connection with complaints cases is at your own expense
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. Note that this does not apply to business purchases.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You do this by sending email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You find the form at the bottom of the page ” Bilag 1”. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of a part of the purchase
If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. However, this option does not apply if the order is a bundle. If you wish to cancel the purchase of a bundle, all parts of the bundle will be cancelled and all items must be returned, since this type of order is considered as a total item.
When you place a bundle order, it will appear on the shopping cart and on your invoice.
Please note that you will not receive shipping costs, if you cancel part of purchase.
When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase you have 14 days to return the items back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable, if any damage occurs during transport. You can order a return label from us when you create your returning of goods. If you have ordered your return label from us, we will be liable if any damage occurs during the transport.
Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to packages over 30 kg. If the package weighs over 30 kg use PostNord Groupage (storpak) instead. Contact our support department for more information at (+45) 70205080.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
- Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have distinct personal touch
- Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly
- Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery
- Purchase made as a trader
- Delivery of goods, by their nature, are mixed with other goods at delivery and cannot separated again
- Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software or sealed books where the seal has been broken after delivery
- Agreements made at a public auction
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics or functioning of the item, you can only recover a part of the purchase price. The amount you can recover depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases that means that you can only recover the shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result a loss of value of the item, as the item may cause damage during the transport for which you will be liable.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you except any delivery charges within 14 days of the day we received the item.
We will automatically prefund the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We only receive packages sent directly to the address. We do not receive parcels that are shipped on demand.
You can also cancel your purchase by handing your package in person at the above address.
6. Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of Purchase Act apply to goods purchases. This means that you have the right of complaint for 24 months.
Please file a complaint or contact us before you send the items to us. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must file a complaint within “reasonable time” after discovering the error. If you contact us within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.
A test fee of DKK 250 may apply per half hour incl. VAT, but max. DKK 500 incl. VAT, if the submitted product is tested flawlessly by AK Trading or if there is no reason to comply with the complaint requirement otherwise. If the cause of defect is that the item has been treated in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations, you will also be charged a test fee.
The condition of the goods by complaint
Remember to wrap the items securely before returning them to AK Trading. All accessories included in the package must be returned with the incorrect item.
In the case of damage to goods caused by handling errors, modifications, installation of third-party software or gross misuse, the right of claim will lapse.
AK Trading cannot be held liable for loss of data or other indirect consequential damages that goods sold by AK Trading have created, unless it is regulated by Danish law.
